I'm gainfully employed! I've been hired as an assistant professor for a small liberal-arts Catholic women's college in Milwaukee. I will be splitting my time between Madison and Milwaukee, but you can still expect to see my column in The Capital Times.

My story "Good Buffalo" is forthcoming in Wisconsin People & Ideas (formerly the Wisconsin Academy Review) and was the second place prize winner in the annual Wisconsin Academy Review/Harry W. Schwartz Bookshops Short Story Contest.
